Based on your requirements, we design a tailor-made battery solution including cell selection, BMS integration, mechanical housing, and connector interfaces. We then build a functional prototype for validation.

All prototypes undergo strict electrical, thermal, mechanical, and environmental testing to ensure compliance with your safety and performance requirements. We assist with or fully manage certification processes (CE, UN38.3, IEC 62133-2, UL, etc.).

Once validated, we launch full-scale production under ISO-quality controlled processes. Our flexible manufacturing capabilities allow for small or large volumes. Every battery pack is tested before shipment to ensure perfect traceability and reliability.
